Phoenix Blues Festival

The Phoenix Blues Festival was a great success, with all tickets sold (which I believe was either 350 or 400) -
Thanks must go to Mark Lawrence at the Phoenix for having the idea, and carrying it off without a hitch (despite having to deal with the council and their bureaucracy).

The food stalls were outstanding and a great range of food available.

Kokomo performed a great set and I enjoyed them immensely.

Brilleaux played after Kokomo, and then invited the Kokomos on stage for a final jam, which was very well received

The biggest success was to see 400 or so people over the age of 25 having a GREAT TIME along the strand on a Friday Night.

Bring on the next one I say

Well Done Mark
